Many of our clients prefer to handle the day to day operations but at the final planning stage an additional review is requested. Our team will step in and provide oversight over the final detailing stage to ensure those last minute hiccups have been caught prior to event execution.

This package is perfect for the client that already has the design and booked the venue. Our team can come alongside you during the final stages of planning to ensure vendor communication, rehearsals and day of execution runs smoothly.

- Confirm final details with vendors and create
final packet with timeline.

- Review floorplans, seating charts, signage, etc.

- Attend walkthrough (based upon coordinator
availability)

- Final call 10 days prior to event day

- Day of onsite by 9AM to check in all vendors and ensure initial event setup runs smoothly.

- Event Coordination guaranteed from 9AM to 3PM on first day of event for festivals and 9AM - start of ceremony for Weddings.
