The heart behind the vision
Simply Special Soirees is the brainchild of Event Designer, Tabitha Fellowes. In 2008 she experienced buyers remorse when it came to her own wedding. The lack of personalized details, an overly intrusive photographer and investing in other's visions, inspired her to create Simply Special Soirees. Focusing not on one overall look, but instead creating intimate moments throughout an event that reflects the vision and goals of her clients. Her ability to blend tradition with more contemporary touches gives her an edge in the industry. With over 20 years of catering hospitality, financial planning, design and event coordination her expertise is unmatched. What is one of our core values? Service.

Coordination
Day of execution can be stressful and overwhelming. Our team offers day-of coordination along with a variety of other packages and offerings. Some clients even hire us to decorate before hand and then re-box at the end of the night. It's the little details that make the biggest impact.
Don't need the day of? That's totally fine. Our team can help coordinate hotel accommodations, rehearsal dinner locations, wedding brunches and transportion.
Bespoke Planning
A collaborative initiative that allows clients to manage the day of operations. We can build you a blue print and customized plan that encompasses your day/s to help reduce the stress of planning large and small scale events.
